If you are running late, please notify us at (520) 261-3663. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give at least 48 HOURS notice via text message if you cannot make it to your appointment.
As a courtesy to my clients, I do not charge deposits or cancellation/no-show fees. Please note that more than one cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-call/no-shows, will require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the service cost to reschedule. This deposit is required to secure any future appointment.
For the safety of my clients and the integrity of my products, I do not apply polish or gel to nails that show signs of being unhealthy.
This includes, thickened, discolored, or abnormal nails—especially when there is no diagnosis from a medical professional.
Applying color over potentially compromised nails can trap issues underneath, slow healing, and contaminate products.
For safety, pedicures cannot be performed if you have open wounds, tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), or warts.
Please note:
If you are planning to receive gel polish or nail lacquer, please be sure to select the correct service when booking.
The application of color may require up to 30 additional minutes, I am unable to extend appointments if the proper service is not selected in advance.
In addition, if you have excessive calluses, very dry skin, cracked heels, or thick/traumatized nails, please book the Wellness Pedicure.
If standart pedicure is booked instead, I will only be able to perform the service selected, and an additional appointment (approximately 3 or 4 weeks later) will be required to continue your foot care.
Bringing your own Nail Polish?
My liability insurance does not cover the use of outside or foreign products. For this reason, I cannot accept or apply any products brought by clients during their service.
I use Dazzle Dry, a professional vegan nail lacquer that dries in about 5 minutes, is non-toxic, and provides long-lasting wear. The formula is designed to support natural nail health and removes easily like regular polish.
For your safety and peace of mind, I do not apply color to nails that show signs of being unhealthy.
Your nail health is always my top priority.
