If you are booking for a family member or friend, please make sure they review my policies before their appointment. This helps avoid disappointment if I am unable to perform the service they were expecting.
Payment methods: Please note: The card on file is used only for no-shows, late cancellations, or late rescheduling fees. I do not have direct access to your card information, as it is securely stored and encrypted by the booking system. It cannot be used to pay for services.
Accepted payment methods are Cash, ZELLE, credit/debit card, (HSA Card, we are not able to accept tips on HSA Cards)

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or your appointment may be canceled. In that case, a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULE
Clean Beauty H&F ask for 48-hours cancelation and reschedule notice, so that someone else can be schedule in your place.
No calls/No show, late reschedule or cancelation within 48 hours of the appointment time will be accessed a $75 cancelation fee.
Please note that if your card is declined when a no-show, no-call, late cancellation, or late rescheduling fee is processed, future appointments may not be approved.
To book another appointment, you will be required to submit payment via Zelle for:
The full amount of the missed appointment, and
The full amount of your new appointment.
Please understand that when a client does not show up for an appointment as a solo service provider, missed appointments have a direct impact on my business.

I do not treat or remove true ingrown toenails, as this is outside my scope of practice. If you are experiencing, inflammation, redness, or signs of infection, I strongly recommend visiting a podiatrist for proper medical care.

Applying color over potentially compromised nails can trap issues underneath, slow healing, and contaminate products.
For safety, pedicures cannot be performed if you have open wounds broken skin betwen the toes, tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), or warts.
Bringing your own Nail Polish?
Outside nail polish brought by clients is not accepted. I use Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer, a professional, fast-drying, long lasting system.
Over time, I have seen many clients with damage caused by improper removal or continuous use of gel polish. For this reason, I no longer offer gel polish services.
